We want to invite you to our 2021 Lent Course - on Zoom this year, called
 
Travelling with Jesus to Jerusalem
 
The course is based around a series of videos by Dr Peter Walker that intend to take us to the time and place where Jesus walked, inspiring us to visit the gospel story afresh.
Join us on zoom either on Tuesdays or Thursdays during Lent at 7:30 pm. See list of dates below.

This will enable us to organise the small groups for the discussion element of the course as well as get invitations sent out promptly.

If you cannot join us online at all then we have some copies of the book that accompanies the course to lend (or sell at cost price - their second hand so about £5) so you can join us in the steps of Jesus. Lent Course:

 

A Zoom based Lent Course produced by Dr Peter Walker, including videos from Palestine will be beginning in the benefice this February. (This is a professionally produced video which will include sites where Jesus visited). This will be an account of the Easter Story – Jesus’s life & Crucifixion.

Ash Wednesday – February 17th  will be a Joint Session for all – starting with prayers at 7.30pm Please note new time

 

After this first session the following 5 sessions will be split into two – Tuesdays and repeated on a Thursday - all sessions at 7.30pm.

Tuesday dates:

23rd February, 2nd March, 9th March, 16th March, 23rd March

Thursday dates: 

25th February, 4th March, 11th March, 18th March, 25th March

 

Thursday 1st April (Maundy Thursday) is the  final Joint Session for all at 7.30pm.– (7 sessions in all).
